Hydrostatic tests

According to regulations in force, apparatus under steam and gas pressure (APVG) must undergo official hydrostatic tests at the following periodicity:

Ten years for fixed apparatus (decennial test)
Five years for movable apparatus (five-year test)

Official tests, which are carried out in the presence of a representative of the D.P.E.M (Direction of Energetic and Mining Patrimony) or his deputy, must be preceded by internal and external inspection of the tested apparatus.

ALEX possesses the adequate material and human means to take charge of the hydrostatic tests of apparatus under pressure.
